Computer Problems!

As most of you know, I’m in the market for a new laptop. Not to long ago my little one pushed on my screen breaking the hinges that control the screen. This caused the screen to flop back and forth. What that means is, some ducktape was used to help hold the screen up. Now it’s not that I can’t afford a new laptop, it’s that I’m afraid of transferring all my files from one to the other. Transfering data from one hard drive to another isn’t going to be fun at all. My father in-law has been telling me to get an external hard drive to back up data, but I never did. Maybe someday I’ll get one, but I still have access to my laptop, so that’s not going to be a problem. The problem is going to be the time it’s going to take me to complete the data transfer. Anyway, hopefully my wireless network will contect the 2 laptops, which should make it easy to complete.

More Problems!

I was reading that medical insurance companies are starting to push back against President Obama’s health care bill once again. These companies have taken advantage of Americans for years, and they have no plans on stopping. Their affraid of losing millions of dollars a year under this new bill. I’m not sure what’s in this 2,000 plus page bill, but these health insurance campanies are affraid of it. We really need some kind of reform, we’ve been paying way to much to these companies. You can go to another country and pay mush less for care. To get something like a finger pulse oximeter could be covered in one country, but in another you would need to purchase it yourself, why? We do everything upside down in the U.S. We let special interest groups pay for re-election campaigns, buying their votes, that’s wrong. We need real reform across the board, starting soon or we’re all in trouble.

It’s That Time!

Well it’s that time again for you spa owners, time to change your spa filters . For the one’s of you that own one I’m sure you already know this. But then again I’m sure there are a few that won’t do it. It’s not that you can’t afford it, God knows you have the money. The chances are you’re not using it, and you’re thinking, why bother. Even if that’s the case you should still change it, same for any filter. Even if a filter is sitting there, you need to change it. Time and heat will break down any filter, so just change it already, same for all filters.
