Anheuser-Busch And InBev!

Well Anheuser-Busch take the $46 billion offer from the Belgian brewer InBev. The break down comes out to $65 a share, well above the $58.35 it’s trading at this point. I personally think that $65 a share is still to low for Bud to take the offer. Right now Bud’s stock is under valued and will go up just on this offer price. One thing to remember, this offer is for the whole company not just parts of it. I really hope that Bud doesn’t take the offer, Anheuser-Busch is a true America company.

City Wireless Network!

What do you all feel about your local city or town having a wireless network?  Did you that most cities across the country have tried doing this.  A lot of those cities and towns have failed at a municipal wireless project.  Now on the other hand, a lot have had great success.  The cities that are having great luck are able to get their city vehicles to a seen faster.  Which the end result is saving lives.  But I really don’t know if it’s worth spending the money.  And no one else really knows if it’s really helping the general public.  Basically how this works is every city vehicle comes with Internet access.  What’s wrong with the good old radio?

Google’s Lease Deal!

Did you all hear an about a lease deal with google? It appears that google has signed a 40 year lease agreement with the U.S Federal Government. The Government is building a huge office complex at a research center in California. This office complex is very close to Google’s headquarters. This is because of their plans in hiring thousands of more people to fill future job spots. In just the last few years Google has hired more than 15,000 people. So this space will be needed very soon at this rate.

U.S. Filed A Complaint!

I was reading on the news wire that the U.S. filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization over European tariffs. These reason for this is because of the high tariffs on high-tech products. These high tariffs make it very hard to turn a profit in the European markets. I don’t know much about the tariffs laws made by the World Trade Organization. But from what I read, this tariff is in violation of a 1996 agreement that eliminated tariffs on information technology equipment. Hopefully we will be able to turn this around and put a stop to this high taxation.
