Olympics 2008!
Well the 2008 Olympics have final started today. I just got done watching 4 hours of the opening ceremonies. I heard that the opening event cost China over $300 million. It was 10 times the cost of the last Summer Olympic Games. There were over 15,000 performers in the opening event. And not one had a double role to play. Also there was 35,000 fireworks shot off from 1,800 locations around Beijing. Everyone is saying this is the biggest event ever put on by any country in the world. This was China’s coming out, and they came out with a bang.

I missed the opening of the Olympics all because of my dang DVR. I heard that it was a great opening.
When are you going to blog about the guys swimming? That was awesome.
