Economic stimulus Plan!
I was just reading that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Wednesday that a $150 billion economic stimulus plan is needed. She said this because of the stock market meltdown. She wants to try to spark the economy, because at this point everything else failed. I really don’t know if this plan would help us Americans to recover from the estimated $2 trillion loss from pension funds. If you remember the stimulus bill sent us $600-$1,200 tax rebate checks to most individuals and couples this year. And if you had a few kids you got a little extra, which wouldn’t hurt to get again. We really do need to get this money in the hands that need it the most, the average Americans. Because giving to this big banking companies really doesn’t help us any. And if you read the news lately, the top executives for AIG went a $500,000 trip right after the government bailed them out. Every single one of them that went should be terminated, after all we owe in now, right? So lets get behind Nancy Pelosi and get ourselves another package deal, because god knows we all need it.
