		<description>I have seen a lot of lead management programs, and that&#039;s actually good news. This means that we&#039;ve gone beyond CRM. We are now after building relationships with customers by having a solid foundation even before they try to make a sale.

One thing important, though. A sales agent or a business should set up processes that will allow them to maximize the use of these programs. When lead tracking, distribution, and prioritization are in place, then it becomes easier for them to practice lead nurturing.</description>
