Stimulus Package!
Now that we’re officially in a recession according to the National Bureau of Economic Research I wonder when our stimulus package will come. The National Bureau of Economic Research also said our economy as been in a recession since December, 2007. I heard that it takes awhile to be considered in a recession, but why a whole year. I could have been saving and spending my money a lot differently than the way I was. I think there playing games with us and they knew along. They would through hints out every now and again about being in a recession. Don’t any of you think why this information came out right after black Friday, they where holding back because they knew no one would go out and buy. But coming out with this information will really hurt cyber Monday sales. Anyway, U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi is working on a stimulus package that could be worth more than $500 billion. This package will be focusing on created jobs, which is always a good thing. This package won’t be ready until President-elect Barack Obama takes office on January 20, which he will sign.
