Good By Plaxico!

It seems that there’s more to just Plaxico Burress shooting himself in the leg. There are rumors that Burress teammates, Antonio Pierce and Ahmad Bradshaw knew more about the story than they stated. Well, they stated that they knew about how the shooting occurred but did nothing wrong. In away they did do something wrong, they never reported it to the police. In the state of New York there’s a law in place that if you see something you must report it. Anyway, it really doesn’t look good for Burress. He could be facing 3 1/2 to 15 years in prison if he’s convicted. So getting suspended by the New York Giants and the NFL won’t compare to spending some time in prison. Not only is he done for this year and maybe all of next year he will be losing his $206,000 pay per game. I really can’t understand why these star football players need to act this way. What did he think would happen if he got in a fight with someone at the club, pull the gun and kill them. He’s lucky he shot himself in the leg, he could have killed someone and be spending the rest of his life in jail. Next time get a body guard or two, it’s cheaper than what it’s costing you know.

Yahoo In The News!

There seems to be a new party looking to take over Yahoo. And it just so happens to be a single person making it a reality. And that person is Jonathan Miller, AOL’s former chief executive. Now this is still a rumor, but you all know how rumor’s like this become true. And the price he’s looking to pay is between $20 to $22 per share, Which comes out to $28 billion to $30 billion. This price is much lower than the bid from Microsoft, which was $47.50 billion just a few months ago. This just shows how bad the economy is, because Yahoo is truly worth more than what Microsoft offered. The only way I think Miller could make this deal happen is if he did a hostile takeover. I really don’t think Yahoo would agree to a $30 billion deal. Anyway, this news of the bid for Yahoo has made Yahoo stock go up 8 percent, and could very well go up more tomorrow.

Manage Your Business!

I came across a site that offers some of the best business management software you could buy. And what makes their software package hands down better than any other software package is that it can work for just about any business out there. If your business is tattooing people, not a problem, they have a Tattoo studio software package just for you. Or maybe you own your own Massage Clinic, again not a problem; they have a Massage clinic software package that will meet your every day needs. I also wanted to let anyone who runs their own Yoga Studio they haven’t left you out. That’s because they even have Yoga Studio Software you will want and love to use. These are just a few of the many businesses they offer business management software for. You need to check their site out to see if they can meet your needs as well. I was also reading on their site that their services start at $65 a month, which is pretty cheap for business management software. Because in the long run you will save more than what you will pay for their services. So go ahead a click on any of the links and check them out today.

Traveling To Washington!

Detroit’s Big Three automakers will not be flying on their private corporate jets to Washington to ask for $25 billion in bailout money. The last time they came to Washington they all flew in on their corporate jets, which they where criticized for. I was reading that GM Chief Rick Wagoner would be driving in a company car as well as Ford Motor Co. CEO Alan Mulally. Chrysler LLC CEO Robert Nardelli also will not be taking the corporate jet out. The Chrysler spokeswoman said his travel plans would remain secret for security reasons. So I’m guessing that means he either taking a bus or someone is driving him in, I’m going with a driver. Anyway at lease they got a little smarter by simply driving this time. Maybe this act or show their putting on will get them the money they want, which I’m sure it will in the end.
