I’ve had 2 problems and I was able to call the tech department and talk to a live person. They fixed the problem within 10 minutes and I was back in business. The part I like the best is that you can simply plug in your zip code and click search. I tried it and events in my area that are going on where their, like the circus that’s going on right now.
