Support The Youth!
In todays world our youth, or next generation if you will is the unhealthiest generation ever, in my opinion. Most kids today are extremely overweight due to eating and drinking unhealthy foods. I guess that’s really only one part of it, the other part is not exercising. In my opinion most of the time it’s really not the kids fault, it’s the parents. Now before any of you jump down my throat over that comment just think about it. If we had more parents purchase healthier foods and drinks we might not have all these overweight kids. But the most important way to lose weight is exercising, which can improve your health and your kids. We as parents should always look around within our local community for sports and actives for our kids to get involved in. If they’re engaged in an actively they’re not snacking in front of the TV or laying in their bedroom staring at the ceiling.
