The Rise!

I was reading the other day that homes sales where on the rise again. In some parts of Florida home sales are up over 60 percent. And the main reason for that is discounted homes. There are homes selling that where once $300,000 for $100,000 now. Banks are still looking to get these homes off there books. A lot of these homes where repossessed from the builders. And now that the home sales are going up, home insurance sales will be going up too. This is great for the economy in that area, but still not so great in the rest of the world. I also heard that Greenspan wrote that home price will be stabile and will likely show a comeback in the first half of 2009. I sure hope he’s right, we can stay like we are now, hurting. I wonder what he has to say on whole life insurance rates, not really, I don’t think Greenspan is the best person to be talking about anything right now. I really feel that once we hit bottom, which will be soon, well bounce right back stronger than ever.

Are you planning for an up coming wedding? I know what most of you are saying right now, it’s winter time, why would you be thinking about a wedding? Well, if you’re not planning now you might not get the hall on the date of your wedding. You should already have your date picked out, then call around to local halls to setup a time. The next thing is get your wedding invitations list setup. Once your list is setup get them printed and ready to be sent out. Having everything well planned will save you a headache, or two.
