Do You Need Bravina!
As most of you who know me I could be the center of just about any party. I’ve never really had a hard time meeting or talking with people I’ve never meet before. I could talk for hours with people I just meet for the first time. I don’t know why I’m like that, just am.
Now on the other hand, public speaking, getting up in front of people I don’t do so well. I start to feel hot, then cold, then start to forget what I wanted to say. I used to say to myself, “these people looking at me would feel the same way I am, so just do it,” which work a little. In my past job I used to have to get up in front of a few hundred people, which I hated, still today I regret doing that job, so I know the anxiety doing public speaking. So when I was forward the chance a few weeks ago to write about Bravina I jumped all over it. Bravina can help you with your public speaking, or “stage fright,” if you will. I was sent a few small boxes to give it a go. I didn‘t feel anymore out going than I am already, so hard to tell if it helps with the public speaking anxiety most of us feel. If you visit their Bravina website there is a ton of information you can read. I would recommend that if you are in the public speaking business, and you do feel anxiety from time to time then check them out, it just might help you.
