Americans’ And Weight!

Most everyone around you is talking about their weight problems.  Family members and coworkers alike just can’t stay off this topic.  I read that there’s an estimate that 66 percent of American adults are either overweight or obese.  This is mostly due to eating junk food and no real exercise.  We would rather drive then walk down the road.  Or eat and eat in front of the TV thinking that alli weight loss pills will fix our problems.  Now here’s something about your coworkers.  It seems that 45 percent of workers have gained weight since starting their current jobs, a recent CareerBuilder.com survey finds. Twelve percent have experienced a weight gain of more than 20 pounds, while 26 percent have gained more than 10 pounds.  This is a major problem for adults and our children.  Let’s just walk a little more and turn that TV off.
