Stop Eating!
I was reading just the other day that America isn’t the only country with a huge number of people overweight. An article I read found that 19 percent of Dutch citizens and 31 percent of Irish citizens do no exercise while their working. Their jobs are basically seating around all day on the phone. This same article found that 50 percent of Greeks and Croatians do zero exercise. And the worst was the French people, 60 percent of them do no exercising. At this rate not even those hcg weight loss program can’t help, not even the diet pills you read about. There is one way to get people to stop eating, get more sleep at night. Most people have a hard time sleeping, and when you’re not sleeping, a lot eat in bed. If you’re having a hard time sleeping talk to your doctor about taking sleeping pill. Anyway, it does seem like the world is getting bigger and no one really cares. I know I try to at lease workout 45 minutes a day. If people would just stop eating so much and do a little exercise they’ll be so much better off.
