More Reading!

I was reading the other day that homes sales where on the rise again. In some parts of Florida home sales are up over 60 percent. And the main reason for that is discounted homes. There are homes selling that where once $300,000 for $100,000 now. Banks are still looking to get these homes off there books. A lot of these homes where repossessed from the builders. And now that the home sales are going up, means people are coming back to the area. This is great for the economy in that area, but still not so great in the rest of the world. I also heard that Greenspan wrote that home price will be stabile and will likely show a comeback. But then I think to myself, what does he really know, he was part of our problems. I sure hope he’s right though, we can’t stay like we are now, hurting. I wonder what he has to say on life insurance rates, not really, I don’t think Greenspan is the best person to be talking about anything right now.

Informed Decisions!

Anyone out there tired of searching around for the best credit card offers? I will say that I’m pretty tired of looking for the best rates and deals. And if you answer yes to my question you need to check out the site I found. These guys offer a lot of information on credit cards to help you make the right choice. And once you make the right choice you can then apply for a credit card right from their site. The part of the search process I like on the site is the part where you compare credit cards. By comparing the credit cards side by side you will make the right choice. And their information on the site seems to be up to day with the times, unlike other sites where the information is out of date. Oh, I almost forgot, you will like the top 10 credit card offers, which only mean the best of the best credit cards. They also do the top of each category of your choice, like business credit cards and 0 percent APR. You really need to check the site out to see what I’m talking about. So go ahead and click your way on over. And as always, do your research before you apply for anything.

Unemployment Up!

Here we go again with more and more jobs being cut. The last few weeks it had been bad for the U.S. work force. The people laid off or terminated seeking unemployment benefits jumped last week, stated the government. The Labor Department reported new applications for unemployment was up once again. This is way up compared to last weeks numbers, even over the last year. I read somewhere that they think this is a good thing because the private jobs were up. This rise was not expected, matter of fact people thought unemployment was going to go down. Sounds like I need to get my medical resume updated because those are the only jobs out there right now. I don’t care what anyone else is saying, things are not getting better.

Brake Repairs!

Anyone out there looking for an auto repair center?  Or maybe you’re looking to get your Chevrolet Silverado repaired.  If so, and you live in the Dallas area do a simple search for a Dallas auto repair center near you. I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for. But if not ask around to see who they would recommend to you. I don’t live in the Dallas area, that’s why I recommend doing a simple search online, works for me.

Now lets say you need a brake job, make sure your search also includes the repair you need. Taking your truck or car to a body shop to have brake work done isn’t always the best way to go. I understand stand that body shops do brake work as well, but I would rather take the truck to a shop that focuses on auto repairs, not body work. So do your search today, and make sure you just don’t do a general search, search for what you need.
