I was Reading!

I was reading a man who was convicted and sentenced to death for the rapes and murders of two young girls in 1986 tried to get out of his execution, which he never did, thank God. If you ask me he should have been put down years ago. Anyone the does a crime against a little kid should pay for it right away. Little kids should never be put in harms way. I’m really surprise this guy hasn’t been killed in prison. Even inmates have a code against crimes against children. Anyway, he claims he’s to over weight (275 pounds) to receive the lethal injection. In his appeal he stated that “it would be too difficult to find a vein on which to administer the lethal injection without being subjected to suffering.” Are you kidding me, he should suffer, he should suffer for days. He’s also claiming that his migraine medication could interfere with the anaesthetic, which he said could lead to his being subjected to an “agonizing or excruciatingly painful death.” What’s his next appeal going to be, he needs his tattoos removed and the state will need to find the best tattoo removal cream they can. I say forget the cream, burn them off. This guy is only hurting the family more; he should take his execution like a man.

I’m pretty excited for everyone to come over to my house for New Year’s Eve this year. I just move a few months ago and finally got everything settled in. So this holiday party is kind of like a housewarming party for me too. Except, instead of bringing gifts for the house, I’m asking my friends to contribute a little alcohol instead. I’ll have stuff, but I’m inviting a lot of people and I can’t really afford to buy all that alcohol.

I’m buying some specialty winter beers, which are pretty tasty, but I also wanted to have a few different cocktail recipes on hand that I could mix up to impress my friends and any lady friends they might bring. So I went online to find a few recipes and while I was doing that I came across the website www.GetClearWirelessInternet.com and decided to sign up for one of the internet packages that I found on there.

I practiced mixing a New Year’s Eve cocktail or two last night and they are pretty good. Maybe I should have bartended in college for soem extra cash and to pay off student loans. I think I would have been pretty good at it.

This year I’m not going to be able to see that many of my family members for the holidays because of my crazy work schedule and lack of a travel budget. But, even though I won’t be there in person, I already have phone calls scheduled to speak with them and also have sent all of my gifts to them through the mail already.

This is the first year that I’m not going to be able to go home to visit my parents and I feel so bad about it. So I wanted to be able to do something a little more special with my presents i mailed them. I went online to try and find some cool ways to wrap the gifts for them and while I was online looking up that stuff I came across this website. After I read through it a little bit, I decided to change over my home internet service to it.

For my dad’s special gift wrapping for his present, I decided to wrap his gift in a newspaper sports page with a story of a victory of his favorite team.

Every since my brother and his wife had a little girl, I’ve learned a lot about Barbies. Lily’s at the age of 7 where she’s really obsessed with Barbies and every time that I ask her about what she’s like me to get her for Christmas, she always tells me one kind of Barbie or another. I have to admit that I don’t mind playing Barbies with her because they’re kind of new to me. Growing up with three brothers meant that I hadn’t had hardly any exposure to Barbies, but I’m really enjoying having a niece.

My brother sent me an e-mail about what kind of Barbie I could get Lily and he told me to get her a holiday Barbie. While I was looking online to try and figure out exactly what that was, I came across some Clearinternet packages and decided to sign up for one of them after reading some information about them.

Well it turns out that a holiday Barbie is a pretty hot commodity around this time of the year, but I found one after a little bit of searching. I know that she’s going to love it!
