<p>Every American is feeling the affect of this recession, either by financial problems or health problems. And the reason I say the health problems is because many Americans are cutting their spending habits on healthy foods. They may be saving money now, but will be consuming unhealthy foods. I read that a lot of experts on weight problems think Americans are going to increase their weight because of these unhealthy foods. And the end result will be more overweight Americans. So in the end you really don’t save any money, because your buying those diet pills. <p>I was reading just the other day that America isn’t the only country with a huge number of people overweight. An article I read found that 19 percent of Dutch citizens and 31 percent of Irish citizens do no exercise while their working. Their jobs are basically seating around all day on the phone. This same article found that 50 percent of Greeks and Croatians do zero exercise. And the worst was the French people, 60 percent of them do no exercising. At this rate not even those <a href="http://www.austinwellnessclinic.com/services/weight-loss.html">hcg weight loss program</a> can&#8217;t help, not even the diet pills you read about. There is one way to get people to stop eating, get more sleep at night. Most people have a hard time sleeping, and when you&#8217;re not sleeping, a lot eat in bed. If you&#8217;re having a hard time sleeping talk to your doctor about taking sleeping pill. Anyway, it does seem like the world is getting bigger and no one really cares. I know I try to at lease workout 45 minutes a day. If people would just stop eating so much and do a little exercise they’ll be so much better off.</p>

<p>I just came across an article today about something I’ve been noticing lately. The story was about how recruits for fire and ambulance services are overweight. Researchers studied candidates from the Massachusetts Firefighter and ambulance services. These researchers found out that 77 percent of the recruits were overweight or considered obese. This is a major problem for the city‘s and towns who will need them to be ready to go at the drop of a hat. I do know that fire departments require their men a women to work out on a regular bases. This keeps them in shape and ready to help people when called on. If you ask me I think our firefighters and ambulance workers should all be assigned a nice <a href="http://www.dreamessentials.com/category-8/body-pillows">body pillow</a> to sleep on, a treadmill and a good set of weights. This way they will be will rested and in the best of shape of their lives. I sure hope this problem of overweight public service members is solved very soon, for their sake and ours.</p>

<p>Here’s some interesting news I came across during my reading on the internet. I once read a report that scientists have identified a fatty substance that your stomach makes which when it reaches your brain shuts down your eating. Sounds strange but is very true. The substance that your stomach makes is NAPE, which gets into your bloodstream and when it reaches your brain it singles your full. Of course this study was done on mice and rats, so don’t get your hopes up just yet. Just think if researchers can produce safe levels of this substance for humans to take or increase to cause your brain to shut down your eating. This would be considered a natural way to lose weight. Anyway, until this becomes safe for humans you should maybe consider the old way, it&#8217;s called exercising. Or maybe ask someone <a href="http://appetitesuppressants.com/">what suppresses appetite</a>.  If you were to ask me I would tell you to take a walk, works for me.</p>

<p>I was just reading online that obese Americans now out number the people that are considered just overweight. This is a major problem to these people, as well as our heathcare system. Most of these people are unemployed and on some form of government healthcare plan. Anyway, the study that I read about was done by the U.S. Federal Government. And the amount of people that took part in this study where just under 4,500 people. This report as stated that more than one-third of adults are considered obese. Which comes out to just over 70 million people, wow, that&#8217;s a lot of obese people. With a report like this you would think it would be a wake up call for a lot of us. And there’s really no reason for people to remain overweight with help from <a href="http://researchdietpills.com">diet pills</a> and other forms of diet products on the market. You know what, you really don‘t need to waste your money on diet products, just go for a walk at your local mall. I see hundreds walking every time I go to the mall in the morning. Very easy thing to do, and it’s free.</p>

<p>What can we do to help our teenager&#8217;s have good self esteem these days? It&#8217;s so hard at that age with all of the hormones rushing through their bodies. Their bodies are changing, they have such mood swings, they start to worry about their appearance, all of that kind of stuff. So, what can you do? 1, Encourage healthy eating. You don&#8217;t want to push too much or too little. Your kids can sit around and eat junk food but you don&#8217;t want to deprive them of it either. 2, Encourage exercise. Again- an area to be careful in. 3, If needed, help your teen find the a good <a href="http://www.creamacne.net/">acne cream</a> to help prevent break outs. Having a lot of acne can really ruin ones self esteem. 4, Encourage their interests. Don&#8217;t push yours onto your child- he or she has a mind of his or her own.</p>

<p>In todays world our youth and young people, or our next generation if you will is the unhealthiest generation ever.  Most kids today are extremely overweight, mostly because they seat around all day play video games, and eating high in fat foods like chips.  I guess that’s really only one part, most don&#8217;t do any exercising. I feel that parents play a huge roll in keeping our kids fit.  We let them eat crap and watch TV, it&#8217;s the easy way.  I say try playing a game, or just go outside.  There&#8217;s always something to do outside.  If you live in a wooded area, take a hike, it&#8217;s fun.  But thats not what will happen, we&#8217;ll buy them so called fat burners like <a href="http://thermogenicfatburner.com/">thermogenesis</a>.  Do fat burners help, don&#8217;t know.  Well I ever buy any, not a chance, not for me.  People do buy them, there still in business right?  Anyway, just take your kids for a walk, you&#8217;ll also get to have a talk like never before.</p>

<p>I was reading about a study that was done on obese women who have given birth, the ones that get the <a href="http://www.dna-bioscience.co.uk/service_paternity_test.php">paternity testing</a> done. The study was done by the Britain&#8217;s Newcastle University and was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. This study states that women who are obese are more likely to give birth to babies with spina bifida, heart problems, cleft palate and a lot more defects. And on top of all the problems these babies could have the birth by it’s self puts the mother and baby in the high risk of something going wrong.</p>
<p>Being obese isn’t just a women’s problem, it’s everyone’s problem. Americans and other country’s around the world are getting bigger and bigger every day. It seems like we’ve lost our ways. We eat more, we watch TV more and we do less exercising.  Everyone should do two things, eat less and just take a walk. You’ll feel much better, I promise.</p>

<p>What can we do to help our kids today to feel better about themselves?  It&#8217;s so hard to help a teenager along.  They always feel down, mostly because hormones rushing through their bodies. Their changing, and it&#8217;s up to us to help them understand what their bodies are going through.  It&#8217;s hard for us, parents, but we need to hekp them, and understand them more.  Our oldest had a big problem with acne, which we seeked out a few stated <a href="http://acnetreatments.com/">effective acne treatments</a>, not always the case.  We used everything, every cream, and every pill.  In the end it was her doctor that gave her a product that worked over night.  We should&#8217;ve gone a lot sooner.  Don&#8217;t be affraid to ask for help, people are out there that will help you with anything.  If asking for help helps your child then do it, you&#8217;ll be glad you did.</p>
