Woods better get on his Precor elliptical and get back in shape from his crash. Because from what I read all his flings are getting in line to take some cash from him. One of his alleged mistresses is looking for some cash. Rumor is that Rachel Uchitel has received a million dollars to keep quite. If Woods could keep all them all quite he will be able to keep all his sponsors at bay. If any of them come out talking it could hurt his little perfect life. I also read that his wife is looking for more money, he’s in trouble. In the end he’s going to end up alone. And as for his golf, I think he’s going to lose some fans, mostly women fans. If he really wants to save face is to come out and tell the truth, which most people would relate to, and understand.

Today, the worlds number one player, Tiger Woods was injured early Friday morning when he lost control of his SUV. He lost control of his 2009 Cadillac pulling out of his driveway. When he lost control he hit a fire hydrant, then a tree in his neighbor’s yard, wonder what his neighbor thought about that? Police are unsure what had happened, but focusing on why he was leaving at 2:25 a.m. He had no scheduled place to be, so police are looking at everything, even a chance of a fight with his wife, who just happened to pull him out of the truck. That’s right, his wife came running out of the house with a golf club to break out the back window to get him out. I personally think the 2 were battling it out, most likely over how he’s never home. Or maybe he’ll come out and say he was going to play some Myrtle beach golf, which would be a joke, and not true. What ever the reason, it’s not going to be good, after all, it was 2:25 a.m. It’s not like he was running to Wal-Mart for a deal on a T.V.

Today was a close game for my team, the Minnesota Vikings. The score was Minnesota 27, Detroit Lions 10. What made this game close was that Minnesota played one of the worst games I’ve seen them play. They were in the red zone 3 times in the 1st half and came away with no points. They fumble the ball 2 times, and went for a 4th and less than a yard, which they missed. There was even a point when Adrian Peterson was about to score on a 50 yard run when he fumbled the ball on the 10 yard line, he was hit from behind. But thanks to Brett Favre and Sidney Rice they were able to pull out a win. Peterson did pretty good as well. Favre threw for 344 yards, which 201 went to Rice. Hopefully the Vikings had their Canon camera taking pictures to learn from their mistakes this week. Because if they play a good team this way they’ll get beat badly.

Matt Cassel, QB for the Kansas City Chiefs went down during Saturday’s game. When he was hit you could clearly see his leg was hurt. This is not only a blow to the Chiefs, it’s a blow to the whole City of Kansas. The of Arrowhead Stadium in Kansa went completely silent. Cassel is supposed to be the next one to take the Chiefs to the super bowel. So far the Chiefs haven’t reported how bad his leg is, maybe in a few days. Week 1 starts next this week, so he better get better soon. If he can’t start the Chiefs will have to start with Tyler Thigpen. So right now it’s a wait and see for the KC fans.

The buzz flying all over the net today is about Eli Manning’s ad on his practice jersey. The ad was sold and placed on the left shoulder of the jersey. All NFL teams are doing this. The NFL only lets team’s sell on practice jersey’s. Could you image if they sold ads on their regular jersey’s? They would look like a walking billboard, now that would be funny. Thank God for the NFL not allowing that. Anyway, Eli Manning is protesting the Timex ad on his jersey. Not because he doesn’t like Timex, it’s because he has a deal with Citizen, which is a major sponsor for him. The problem is there is nothing he can do about the ad on his jersey. That’s because the NY Giants own the jersey’s and they can sell to the highest bidder. I guess Eli will just have to suck it up for awhile and get over it.

Dewalt Power Tools has pulled out of NASCAR, starting next season. What does this mean for the driver of that car, Matt Kenseth? My guess is that Roush Fenway Racing will need to find another sponsor, a big sponsor. This just comes to show how bad things still are with the economy. If you didn’t know already, Dewalt Power Tools have been sponsoring Kenseth for 10 seasons, which is a long time. If a big sponsor like Dewalt pulled out, I wonder who’s next. Sponsors come and go, but lately they’ve been dropping like flies. I also think troubles within NASCAR isn’t helping things. For the last few years now NASCAR executives have been really messing things up. I just hope things just soon, or there will be no more NASCAR.

The winner of the 2009 French Open is Roger Federer. And this just so happens to be Federer’s first French Open trophy. He also ties Pete Sampras with a record of 14 major singles titles. I think Federer as a few good years left, so he might end up being the winnest major singles champion ever. But then again he might never win another singles major again. Oh, he’s also the sixth man to complete a career Grand Slam, which is a very hard thing to achieve. If he where to retire today he just might be considered the best to ever play the game, what a day this is for Federer.

Just today it was announced that golf pro Phil Mickelson’s wife Amy has breast cancer. Phil and Amy have 3 little girls, all under the age of 10. Phil and Amy are the most well known couple in golf. Phil is the number 2 golf player in the world. And Phil has now made the choice to leave the PGA Tour to fight this cancer with his wife. This just shows the world what a guy Phil is, which I already knew. Phil Mickelson has always put his family first, that’s why he’s my number one golf player. And I know for a fact that people route for him because of who he is, not how he plays.

I have read the over the next few weeks Amy, who is 37 years old will begin with major surgery. Amy is a very upbeat person, and I’m sure she will win this fight. I hope for the best for Amy and her family.

One of the worst things you can do as a new head coach is try to trade your star quarterback. That’s what Josh McDaniels did when he tried to trade Jay Cutler for New England quarterback Matt Cassel. It’s not like there’s anything wrong with Jay Cutler. He still has many great years ahead of him if he remains healthy. Most people think that McDaniels wanted Matt Cassel because he worked with him last year in New England. Anyway, Jay Cutler has requested a trade all because McDaniels tried to trade him off. If I where a Denver Broncos fan I would call for McDaniels to be terminated. I feel if McDaniels remains the head coach the Broncos won’t see Cutler play on their team again. Well, I guess it depends if Cutler wants to get fined everyday because of contracts. Cutler did however say he would make every mandatory meeting and training camp in respect to his team mates. McDaniels did a really bad move for the Broncos team. But McDaniels might not be the only one to blame. The fans should also blame the owners and the Broncos GM Brian Xanders. After all McDaniels can only make the recommendation, the GM and owners make the trade.

With another great finish last week Tony Stewart “Smoke” is holding 8th in the chase for the cup. As most of you know Tony is now an owner/driver, which at times could be hard. Any new team that involves an owner/driver deal starts slow. But that’s not the case with Tony, he’s off to a great start. Most people thought it would take a few years to see Tony rebuild this team. There’s a reason why Tony is my favorite driver, and that reason is because he works hard and wants to win. Most of you already now Tony left a great job racing for Joe Gibbs Racing in the number 20 car. But now he’s racing the number 14 car – selling office furniture, joking of course. I sure hope he keeps up and moves up in the standings. This would show any new race teams coming in NASCAR that a lot of money isn’t needed, just a great driver.
