UnReal Table!

I once read about a table that was a screen that could do some pretty neat things.  This new technology is being developed by a company we all know to well, Microsoft Corp.  Microsoft is teaming up with another well known company, Harrah’s Entertainment Inc.  Harrah’s Entertainment Inc is going to be one of the first to have these new table touch screens. The new touch screen is an interactive bar table that can do some pretty neat things. No need for the matouk linens on this table. I heard you can order your drinks, watch YouTube videos, play touch-screen games and even flirt with other people using the table screen at another hot spot near by. Now when you go out to places you don’t even have to meet face to face, what are these companies thinking.  I also ask, what’s wrong with this world we live in today? Now that I think about it, not to long ago people would have videos produced to meet other people. Dating firms would create a video’s for a fee to show other members. This was done in every state, even video production Virginia was done. One other thing about the table, it’s a real table, so you can place your drinks on top of it. This is pretty cool technology, I just don’t understand the flirting and meeting others via a table.

I have been looking around online for software suites for running a blog. I have looked at a lot of other providers out there, and no one from what I’ve researched compares to WordPress, which I use and always will. Now, I do understand that some of you out there will disagree with me, that’s OK. I’m just given my opinion on what I think is a great program and would help a lot of you out there. Also, the great thing about WordPress, it’s free, you pay nothing. Plus WordPress will also notify you of any updates, new widgets and new themes to use. All of this information comes to you through your dashboard when you login to write post, create pages and anything else you plan on doing with your blog. So go ahead and try their program out, it’s free, what do you got to lose!

Are you an IT professional looking for a site that can offer you a job ? There are so many sites out there that says they can help you. I came across a few that offer self-study training and certification materials that will help your grow with your current employer, or get you trained for a new job. Or maybe you’re looking for a new IT job. If so there are a ton of sites that will help you obtain your IT certifications. So stop wasting your time and start searching for sites that are in your field, or a field you’re looking to get into get on a new path to a new career.

Computer Problems!

As most of you know, I’m in the market for a new laptop. Not to long ago my little one pushed on my screen breaking the hinges that control the screen. This caused the screen to flop back and forth. What that means is, some ducktape was used to help hold the screen up. Now it’s not that I can’t afford a new laptop, it’s that I’m afraid of transferring all my files from one to the other. Transfering data from one hard drive to another isn’t going to be fun at all. My father in-law has been telling me to get an external hard drive to back up data, but I never did. Maybe someday I’ll get one, but I still have access to my laptop, so that’s not going to be a problem. The problem is going to be the time it’s going to take me to complete the data transfer. Anyway, hopefully my wireless network will contect the 2 laptops, which should make it easy to complete.
