As most of you know, I’m in the market for a new laptop. Not to long ago my little one pushed on my screen breaking the hinges that control the screen. This caused the screen to flop back and forth. What that means is, some ducktape was used to help hold the screen up. Now it’s not that I can’t afford a new laptop, it’s that I’m afraid of transferring all my files from one to the other. Transfering data from one hard drive to another isn’t going to be fun at all. My father in-law has been telling me to get an external hard drive to back up data, but I never did. Maybe someday I’ll get a ordinateurs portables to store my info, but I still have access to my laptop, so that’s not going to be a problem. The problem is going to be the time it’s going to take me to complete the data transfer. Anyway, hopefully my wireless network will contect the 2 laptops, which should make it easy to complete.

This coming holiday season will still be tight for a lot of us. And how we’re going to spend what money we have left is anyone’s guess. Running out and buying copper farmhouse sinks isn’t at the top of my list. Although they may look nice, and I’m sure many will buy them, nut not me, not yet anyways. There are a lot of market research companies out there that think we will fall for electronic gadgets. As you know electronic gadgets can be very pricey, and these research companies know this. They feel we will cut in other areas to get these hot new items. If you ask me that’s shifting the money, we should spread it out. And by purchasing electronic gadgets we’re only helping China’s economy, because that’s where all electronic gadgets are made. If I’m wrong on this one someone please tell me? Now when you go out to places you don’t even have to meet face to face, what are these companies thinking.  I also ask, what’s wrong with this world we live in today? Now that I think about it, not to long ago people would have videos produced to meet other people. Dating firms would create a video’s for a fee to show other members. This was done in every state, even video production Virginia was done. One other thing about the table, it’s a real table, so you can place your drinks on top of it. This is pretty cool technology, I just don’t understand the flirting and meeting others via a table.
