I was just reading a report online that stated that if you have plans to fly you should just buy your tickets now. Airlines are in the process of raising their prices again, mainly because fuel prices are going up, anyway that’s what their saying. What I think is that their taking avenge of people looking to take late season trips to the south. Airlines know this is major travel time for people without kids, or small kids. Most of these families travel now because schools almost back in for everyone, which means crowds are low at popular places. But what they fail to see is that people like me will drive instead of paying these extra fees, or carry on their bags. I told my wife that there is no way I’m going to pay extra just to bring our clothes, or my scrubs uniforms, if I owned a pair. Airlines are charging around $20 per bag one way, which is a ripe off. And now their increasing the seat price by $20 per person. So if you plan on flying buy now, before they increase their prices. But if you can do the drive, do it, and save yourself some cash.

For most of you who are getting ready to take a quick vacation make sure you shop around. Right now there are a lot of deals out there. Deals like to Las Vegas and Orlando FL are a dime a dozen. And not only can you get a deal in Las Vegas, but you can get a deal on your travel out there as well. One important thing to remember, this is a buyer’s market, and don’t be afraid to ask for those deals. And if they can’t provide a deal go somewhere else. You will find a deal for just about anywhere you plan to travel to. One thing I would recommend is rent an RV and hit the road. Gas might be high, but air travel isn’t any better. If you do rent a RV find a company that has a good breakdown service so you will have a good piece of mind while traveling. And enjoy your trip!

Keep yourself safe when you’re traveling. Keep safe by only bring copies of important documents. What I mean hear is your insurance cards or any other papers you will need in case of medical treatment is needed, like cholesterol treatments . And keep your money secure as well. One of the ways to keep your money safe is don’t carry too many credit cards. Only take one or maybe two credit cards with you, no more than that. This way if you lose your wallet you will only need to call one or two credit card providers. The best way is to carry Travelers checks, but not everyone can do this. So when you head out that door to start your vacation go light, but make sure you have everything you will need. And most importantly be safe and have fun.

What I mean hear is your insurance cards, or any other papers you will need in case of medical treatment is needed. And let’s not forget your money, keep that secure as well. Only bring credit cards you’re going to need. I would recommend only take one or maybe two credit cards with you. And carry a small amount of money, leave the rest in your room safe. This way if you lose your wallet you will only need to call one or two credit card providers, and you won’t lose to much money. The best thing is to carry Travelers checks, but not everyone can do this. So when you head out that door to start your vacation make sure you’re secure. And make sure you get a good night sleep the night before. If you have trouble sleeping check out a few good natural sleep aids , there out there, have a great vacation.

I came across a few great travel deals being offered online. One was called Vacations To Go, these guys offer some of the best deeply discounted cruises I’ve ever come across. And I’m not just saying that, you really need to check them out. If you’re looking for a deal, you could find trips up to 75 percent off. You will however have to take the selected dates, but getting a great deal is worth it.

On the other hand, if going skiing or being in the cold is what your looking for check out Toronto CA. You might be able to find some deals at Toronto hotels. What ever you choose enjoy yourself.

With families starting to make their fall and winter vacation plans their looking for the best deals out there. And if your not looking for the best deals your really cutting yourself short. In the past, families would travel to their favorite places no matter the cost, but not true today. With the economy in the shape it’s in, people are search for those hot deals. And most hotspots are flooding the internet with deals to places like Orlando, FL. Florida destin vacations are always a family favorite, well for a lot of, but not all. Deals are out their, just do a simply search for them, you’ll find them. I have personally come across a few great deals out there that I have considered. If you can’t find a deal, negotiate one. Most resorts in the past would never negotiate a deal with you, but they are now. So don’t be afraid to ask for a lower price. And if you don’t get it, move on to another resort. You will find one that will lower their price to get you there, I guarantee it.

Here’s something most of us would never think of. You ready, business travel makes money for the company they work for. Now that makes no sense to me, but a report by a global research firm Oxford Economics say’s it true. They reported that every dollar spent on business travel will result an average $12.50 in revenue, as well as $3.80 in new profits. So if this is true why isn’t companies across the world sending employees on more business trips. Or better yet send them on employee outings to places like Sandestin golf and beach resort. The fact is companies are cutting traveling and resorting to other ways to do meetings across the world. So who’s right, this research firm or the companies cutting back? I have no idea, maybe their both right, or wrong. If the research firm is right they need to show the hard numbers, not just a report on a piece of paper.

Are you tired of paying full price for your vacations? And are you heading to Florida? If you said yes you should consider checking out the destin beach rentals. These rentals seem to be very reasonable for what you get. Now I know what your thinking, beach rentals priced reasonable. From what I’ve seen before makes me think these are priced reasonable. My family and I have always preferred to stay in a resort, which is more affordable for us. And with the way the economy is a lot others feel this way as well. Our next vacation is next week, and we will be staying in a resort. But our next vacation we will look into a beach rental, if the money is there.

Traveling With Bed Bugs!
The title of the post even creeps me out, but read on. Vacation season is in full swing, and finding the best spot to vacation is our only concerns, well, besides money. But anyway, you should have concerns about other things as well, things like bed bugs at the hotel or motel you stay in. Bed bugs are a huge problem in the hospitality business. Hotels don’t post or claim that their bed bug free, because they can’t back that up. A mater of fact, just about every hotel or motel you will stay in has bed bugs. But that’s only half the problem, bring them home with you is the other. Did you know that bed bugs will attach themselves to your luggage? And when that happens your hotel’s problems now become yours. But don’t let it this happen to you. Your hotel isn’t going to help you clean the mess up, so protect yourselves. For a very small investment of only a few dollars you can purchase BugZip bed bug encasement bags. These encasements will help prevent bed bugs from coming home with you. So make sure you do the wise thing and check out BugZip, and take action to protect your family.

My wife and I are in the process of planning a vacation right now, and will be checking out the cost of international travel insurance. I have heard that getting travel insurance could save a ton of money if something ever went wrong. Think about it, if you’re over seas and something dramatically goes wrong you could be stuck with a huge bill. And that’s not somthing I’m willing to take on at this time, or any time. Or how about if an airline cancels a fight, and you need to be at port for a cruise, I’ve worried about that before. I don’t think the boat is going to wait for you, and the airline isn’t going to help much either. Anyway read up on getting some travel insurance, because I’m going too.
