New York Rangers!
I was just reading an online report about the New York Rangers prospect Alexei Cherepanov died during a game in Russia on Monday night. He died on the bench from a heart attack, he was 19 years old. This kid was in top shape. This is almost unbelievable for some this young and for being well fit. I also read that his teammate Jaromir Jagr had just finished a shift with in. They where sitting next to each other and talking when Alexei Cherepanov collapsed. And here’s something that I really don’t understand; there was no ambulance at the arena. And because there was no ambulance there it took 20 minutes to rush him to the hospital. I don’t know the whole story, but I wonder if this could be the main reason he died. I’m sure it might not have been the whole reason, but having an ambulance at any sporting event is always a must.
