It seems that the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is starting up their old ways. They’re going out in minority and poor neighborhoods looking for people to register. The problem is that most of the people filling out the registration cards are using bogus names, like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. If the employees for ACORN would look at the cards before they turn them in this wouldn’t be a problem. But there not looking, and in most cases are filling out the cards with false information on there owe. The employees for ACORN, which are part time works must be getting paid based on amount of registration cards turned in. I did read that the FBI is looking into cases related to ACORN turning in false cards. I would like to say that Obama thinks this isn’t a problem. And McCain feels this is a huge case of voter fraud. I would have to agree with McCain on this one, voter fraud is no joke. I think I once read somewhere that Obama used to work for or did work with ACORN, not sure though. Anyway, we need to get voting laws under control, and stop voter fraud.

The Debate Is On!

Republican John McCain agreed to go ahead with the first presidential debate, which is today at the University of Mississippi. Right after the debate McCain will return back to Washington to finish on the bail out plan. After he’s still a Senator and needs to be there. Hopefully Obama will return to Washington to help with the bail out plan as well. Or maybe Obama will continue to think it’s not his problem and continue on with his campaign for president from a distance. It’s a good thing that McCain agreed to go to Mississippi for the debate. I read that the Associated Press-Knowledge Networks did a poll and the public overwhelmingly wanted the candidates to debate, 60 percent to 22 percent, with the rest undecided. I want to see these two go head to head on the important issues. If Obama gets on McCains bad side in the debate McCain will walk over him. I still have no idea who I will be voting for at this point. What I’m going to be looking for out of this debate is taxes. I think as Americans we’re already over taxed and it needs to come down.

Economic Crisis!

Ok, America is heading for another great depression. But it can be stopped, only if the fools that run the great country get their heads out of their you know what and do something. President Bush had called for a meeting with top heads of Congress, McCain and Obama. Now I completely understand why Bush invited McCain and Obama, after all one of them will have this mess on their hands. Now this is where I’m having a hard time getting past Obama’s statement. McCain and Obama have a debate on Friday, but McCain wants to put it off and head to Washington to help fix the problems. After all, both are still Senators, right? But Obama wants to be a bonehead and still have the debate on Friday. He said, “It’s going to be part of the president’s job to deal with more than one thing at once.” Ok, he’s right, but Americans want their President to work on what’s affecting everyone in America. What I think is Obama is looking out for himself and wants to maybe take a vacation to St. Martin villa rentals. I don’t know that for sure, but if he focused on this huge problem all other problems will be solved. Obama is a fool and he needs to start thinking of the American people.
